Join the National Parks Store in Oro Valley Wednesday, January 11th from 1 PM – 2:15 PM for an adventure in astronomy. Dr. David Hurd from Pennsylvania Western University will lead several hands-on activities that highlight upcoming celestial events. Participants will make-and-take a star chart and also receive instruction on how to use it in your backyard! Several books highlighting NASA missions will also be given away.
This event is free, requires a reservation, is limited to 30 attendees, and takes place inside The National Parks Store. Face coverings are optional.
