In-Person Presentation | Chief Loco, The Apache Peace Chief

February 22 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Hear the story of Loco, the famous Apache peace chief who tried to bring peace and coexistence between the Apaches and the Americans finding himself caught between American stubbornness and unwillingness to compromise, and the warlike and violent acts of Victorio, Nana, and Geronimo, whom he considered troublemakers. Learn about this enlightened, responsible, moderate leader caught in the middle of extremism. This is the undertold but fascinating story of one of Jack’s heroes, Chief Loco.

Tickets are $5 and must be purchased online before the presentation. Tickets are non-refundable. This event requires a reservation, is limited to 60 attendees, and takes place inside The National Parks Store. Face coverings are optional.
