Along with the University of Arizona Press, we invite you to a special book launch celebration for In the Arms of Saguaros: Iconography of the Giant Cactus. Discover how the growth of tourism brought the saguaro to ever-larger audiences through the proliferation of western-themed imagery on the American roadside. Author Larry Bird will be in attendance to talk about the book and his work. Books will be available for purchase and signing. Reservation required.
