Explore Hohokam pottery, weaving, and jewelry, beautifully crafted by the ancestral Sonoran Desert people who thrived in the Tucson valley almost 2,000 years ago. In this talk, we will gain a deeper understanding of their artistry, including their use of acid etching—perfected several hundred years before the technique was ever used in Europe.
This event is free, requires a reservation, and will occur inside. Face coverings are optional.
