In-Person Presentation: The Declaration of Independence

November 3 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

The America 250 series with Jack Lasseter.

Would you ever commit treason? Imagine for a moment what a momentous decision it was for those men who signed the Declaration of Independence. Each was risking his life, liberty, and property, and that of his family. Who were they and what happened to them? How had Western thought changed that would make such an act even thinkable? What events finally triggered it? Come and hear the fascinating story, of this signal event in our nation’s history, that we celebrate each July 4th.

Tickets are $5 and must be purchased online before the presentation. Tickets are nonrefundable. Face masks are required. This event will take place outside on the patio; please check the weather and dress accordingly.
