In-Person Presentation | The Western Army During the American Indian Wars and Garrison Life at Fort Bowie

Join Jack Lasseter as he shares what the post-Civil War Army was really like in the western US. Learn about the enlisted men, what life was like for the soldiers, and how only fifteen thousand to twenty thousand men could subdue some three hundred thousand American Indians on the western frontier.

Tickets are $5 and must be purchased online before the presentation. Tickets are non-refundable. This event requires a reservation, is limited to 60 attendees, and takes place inside The National Parks Store. Face coverings are optional.
