Forest Bathing Walk

Join a Certified Forest Bathing Guide on a slow-paced wellness walk. Forest Bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku, is a nature-based well-being practice focused on connecting with our senses and nature.

This 2-hour slow-paced walk will consist of a series of guided nature connection activities, where you-ll be invited to slow down and open your senses to the quiet presence of the forest environment. these activities aim to improve overall health, well-being and deepen your connection to the natural world.

Know Before You Go:

  • Distance: Less than 1.5 miles round trip
  • Trail Conditions: dirt surfaces with uneven and rocky sections. Majority of trail is unshaded.
  • Preparation: Sturdy hiking shoes, plenty of water,dress in layers, and use sun protection.
  • Arrival Time: Please arrive to the Visitor Center 15-30 minutes early. Prepare to begin promptly at 9:30am.
