Ancestral pueblos, Indigenous heritage, red deserts, vibrant art
New Mexico enchants with its vibrant landscapes and boundless opportunities for new experiences. Beneath the endless desert sky, red rock canyons and towering mountains create a breathtaking canvas, while communities connect and represent the heart of the land. Home to rich history and iconic natural wonders, New Mexico reflects the spirit of the Southwest, offering a deep connection to both past and present. One trip simply won't be enough.

White Sands National Park
In the heart of the Tularosa Basin is one of the world's great natural wonders—glistening white sands. Great wave-like dunes of gypsum sand engulf 275 square miles of desert, creating the world's largest gypsum dune field. A major portion of this dune field and its plants and animals are preserved.

Sun preparation
Pack a hat, sunglasses, water, and sunscreen to be prepared for the high elevations and sunny skies.

Drive safely
Dust storms make driving difficult and significantly decrease visibility. If it's getting windy, pull over and wait it out.
