Mt. Wanda Birding Hike

Join a ranger on a birding hike on Mt. Wanda. How many of the 100+ birds will we see and hear there?

Details:

• Distance: Approximately 3 miles round-trip, uphill on a steep uneven dirt trail.
• What to Bring: Binoculars, water, sun protection and sturdy closed-toe shoes. Optional items to bring are binoculars and a snack.
• Pets: Please leave your dog at home.
• Facilities: No restrooms available at the trailhead.
• Meeting Location: Wanda Trailhead Parking Lot at the corner of Alhambra Avenue and Franklin Canyon Road, Martinez.
