Storytime with Smokey Bear

Come to the El Morro Visitor Center to meet Smokey Bear, take a photo, and hear a story! Learn about fire safety, fire prevention, and Smokey Bear's history. This event is geared towards elementary children, but all ages are welcome. Visitors of any age can also complete Junior Ranger booklets to earn their Wildland Fire Junior Ranger badge. El Morro is located on Highway 53 near Ramah, NM, about 42 miles southwest of Grants, NM.
