Volunteer Brush Clearing

Come volunteer with us!

Big Thicket National Preserve needs help clearing parts of the Beech Creek Unit off of the Beech Woods Trail in Spurger, TX! Volunteers will be clearing small trees and brush. Hand saws, pruning loppers, hand-held power tools, gloves, and other personal protective equipment will be provided.

We will meet at the Beech Woods Trailhead on March 14th at 10am-1pm.

Location: Beech Woods Trail is located on FM 2992 northwest of Spurger.
