Join us on August 27th at 6:00 pm for a discussion on Richard Griswold del Castillo’s The Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo: A Legacy of Conflict. Del Castillo shows how Guadalupe Hidalgo was much more than a means to ending a war or the loss or gain of territory. He takes readers though the history of important judicial decisions tied to the document and analyzes the promises of the treaty versus the reality of how it has been implemented.
