TerraSync: Exhibit at TerraShowcase

This training symposium serves as a valuable platform for building partnerships and advancing your business goals. We invite you to consider exhibiting, sponsoring, or both to connect with frontline and mid-level leaders from the National Park Service, Western National Parks Association (WNPA), and other public lands organizations.
Priority registration for WNPA vendors is now open and will remain available through January 3, 2025, or until sold out.
At the time of registration, exhibitors may select the booth category that reflects their level of participation, but do not have the option to choose a specific booth location. WNPA will assign booths based on the selected category on a first-come, first-served basis. An email confirmation of the assignment will be sent following the close of priority registration, by January 12, 2025.

Standard 8′ x 10′ booth package includes: 8′ high back drape, 8′ high side drape, one 8′ topped and skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket with liner, and one 7″ x 44″ exhibitor ID sign.

Arizona Cine Equipment/ACE is the exclusive provider of all decorating services, including drayage, electrical, audio/visual, floral, furniture, and other essential exhibitor services. Please note that these services will be at the exhibitor’s sole expense. The Exhibitor’s Service Kit, which includes details about these services and ordering instructions, will be emailed to all approved and confirmed exhibitors during the week of May 12, 2025.

Host Hotel Rates
The Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa will be hosting TerraSync attendees and offering a group rate of $123.00 per night for single/double occupancy, plus prevailing tax, currently 12.05%. The daily resort service charge has been waived.

Led by WNPA’s purchasing team, our park store managers and National Park Service partners will have dedicated time to engage with vendors and attend short learning sessions on the showcase floor, providing focused opportunities for in-depth product discussions tailored to each store’s needs. Additionally, all participants will be encouraged and given ample time to explore the entire showcase.
Add-On Sponsorship Opportunities
A la carte sponsorship opportunities ranging from $250 to $2,500 and beyond are in the final stage of development and will be available soon. These options allow your company to contribute in a way that aligns with your budget and goals—whether by selecting a specific offering or making a monetary gift or in-kind donation of your choice.
