Experience Butch Farabee’s new 599-page book as he documents rural and wilderness search and rescue. Learn about this exhilarating history, from coal mine tragedies in the early 1900s to one wilderness rescue involving ten helicopters, from the advent of “911” to the first paramedics. Hear of southern Arizona’s most daring rescues, tragic losses, and much more.

This event is free, requires a reservation, and will occur inside. Face coverings are optional.
