In-Person Presentation | Woven from the Center: Native Basketry of the Southwest 12 PM

Arizona State Museum (ASM) Associate Curator of Ethnology Diane D. Dittemore will give a presentation based on her recently published book about ASM’s ethnographic basketry collection. The book provides historical background on the basket weavers, collectors, donors, and other players who contributed to building a peerless collection that was officially federally designated an American Treasure in 2011.

This event is free, requires a reservation, and will occur inside. Face coverings are optional.
